One destination towing in case of a mechanical or electrical breakdown if the car could not be driven from the breakdown location to the nearest authorized service center up to 150 km.
Number of times used per year: 2 (twice) for the vehicle towing service and 4 (four) times for other services.
This membership and its services & its duration are valid for the registered vehicle and according to the data received from Arabian Shield Insurance.

Services are not provided in the event of natural disasters and car immersion in water or sand and traffic accident.
Services shall be provided only in the presence of the owner of the vehicle or one of its commissioners.

Extended Care
The Extended Care Program begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.
It includes coverage for mechanical and electrical components for an additional period of up to 2 years or 50,000 km, whichever comes first.
This program applies to the 2026 Toyota Veloz model.
