Hybrid Extra Care Program

The program applies to all Toyota Hybrid vehicles and applies only to vehicles imported by Abdul Latif Jameel Motors in the event of a covered mechanical or electrical manufacturing defect, after inspection and confirmation by Abdul Latif Jameel Motors.

This program remains valid only when all periodic maintenance is completed at authorized service centers and in accordance with the instructions in the Owner’s Manual. Invoices must be provided upon request.

This Program does not cover faults resulting from external factors of any kind, such as accidents, other mechanical errors, natural disasters, vehicle modifications, perforation due to corrosion, oxidation, rust, and other similar causes.

This Program may end before its term if any of the cases stated in the terms and conditions apply.

Other detailed terms and conditions related to warranty validity apply according to the company policy.

The Hybrid battery warranty under the Extra Care Program ends immediately once the battery has been replaced one time during the program period.

* Within the period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, Toyota Crown vehicles sold starting from 1 June 2025 are also included as an exception.

Roadside Assistance

Roadside Assistance is available for eligible Toyota Hybrid vehicles for up to 10 years starting from 1 January 2026. The service is designed to support guests in eligible roadside breakdown cases and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 10 years from the date of purchase.

Hybrid Extra Care Program

Roadside Assistance applies to eligible Toyota Hybrid vehicles starting from 1 January 2026.

The services include:

  •  Battery jump-start assistance in case of battery failure.
  •  Fuel delivery in an amount sufficient to reach the nearest fuel station. The fuel cost is not included.
  •  Replacement of the damaged tire with the spare tire.
  •  One-way towing of the vehicle to the nearest dealer or authorized service center, and transportation of the guest to the destination to which the vehicle will be towed.
  •  Vehicle door unlocking service if the key is left inside the vehicle, in main cities and where unlocking is possible without causing damage.
  •  Taxi service for guests if the vehicle breaks down while they are traveling with their families outside cities, to the destination toward which the vehicle was heading.
 

The guest can benefit from the service across the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, as well as in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, and Turkey.

Roadside Assistance services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 10 years from the date of purchase.

The service is not provided in cases of traffic accidents or exceptional circumstances such as force majeure, theft, fire, floods, intentional damage, vehicle submersion, sandstorms, wars, or similar exceptional circumstances. The service is also not provided a second time for the same fault within 72 hours if the fault has not been repaired. Towing between service centers is excluded. The guest or an authorized representative must be present, and the membership is not transferable to another vehicle.
