Roadside assistance Services
- Battery: jump start at the client's site.
- Gas: Providing the client with enough fuel to reach the nearest Gas station.
- Tire: On demand spare tire change at the client's site.
- One destination towing in case of a mechanical or electrical breakdown if the car could not be driven from the breakdown location to the nearest authorized service center up to 150 km.
- Number of times used per year: 2 (twice) for the vehicle towing service and 4 (four) times for other services.
- This membership and its services & its duration are valid for the registered vehicle and according to the data received from Arabian Shield Insurance.
- Services not be transferred to another vehicle.
- The services available 24/7.
- Services are not provided in the event of natural disasters and car immersion in water or sand and traffic accident.
- Services shall be provided only in the presence of the owner of the vehicle or one of its commissioners.
- Services are provided within the borders of Saudi Arabia.
- As a user of Morni services, and by accepting this offer, agreement to comply with Morni terms & conditions is applied.
Extended Care T&Cs
- The program applies to Toyota VELOZ 2026 Year Model, and applies only to vehicles imported by Abdul Latif Jameel Motors in the event of a covered mechanical or electrical manufacturing defect, after inspection and confirmation by Abdul Latif Jameel Motors.
- The Extended Care Program begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.
- It includes coverage for mechanical and electrical components for an additional period of up to 2 years or 50,000 km, whichever comes first.
- This program remains valid only when all periodic maintenance is completed at authorized service centers and in accordance with the instructions in the Owner’s Manual. Invoices must be provided upon request.
