- This Campaign is valid only on 2019 and 2020 YM Toyota New vehicles which are imported through TOYOTA official distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Abdul Latif Jameel Motors) and sold starting from 1st August, 2019 onwards.
- This campaign excludes Coaster, Hiace, & Dyna.
- This campaign is applicable only for Individual Clients (Fleet clients are not included).
- Clients are not entitled to claim Service value or exchange it with any other services provided by the company.
- Campaign is not transferable from a vehicle to another.
- Campaign is valid for a vehicle even if the owner is changed.
- Recommendations contained in the warranty booklet must be complied with in general, in order to maintain the warranty of the vehicle.

How do I access the Toyota 1 Lifestyle app?
- Go to the Toyota 1 Lifestyle Offers section of your Toyota App. Simply tap on ‘LOGIN’. Follow the instructions to register an account.
- Register using your VIN number, first name, last name, valid email address and Country of Residence.
Who is eligible to be enrolled and benefit from the Toyota 1 Lifestyle offers?
- For New car owners: All Customers who bought a new 2019 model year and onwards and their Toyota vehicle is imported through “Abdul Latif Jameel Motors” the authorized distributor for Toyota vehicles in Saudi Arabia and received their vehicle from 1st of May 2019 and onwards.
- For Service Customers: All current Toyota owners which their vehicles where imported through “Abdul Latif Jameel Motors whom performed their periodic maintenance service at the inclusive service centers from 1st January 2020.
What are the packages included in the Toyota 1 Lifestyle app?
- Premium Package: for new car buyers. Total of 1800 offers plus 250 Hotels Worldwide. Valid up to 12 months.
- Intermediate Package: for current Toyota owners coming for periodic maintenance service and for new car buyers who skipped a consecutive periodic maintenance service. Total of 1800 offers plus 250 Hotels Worldwide. Valid up to 6 months
- Silver Upgrade: additional package for new car buyers after the first Periodic Maintenance service. Total of 2200 offers (400 new offers included). Valid up to 6 months.
- Gold Upgrade: additional package for new car buyers after the second consecutive Periodic Maintenance service and eligible for service customers after having the second consecutive periodic maintenance service. Total of 2600 offers (400 new offers included). Valid up to 6 months.
- Platinum Upgrade: additional package for new car buyers after the third consecutive Periodic Maintenance service and eligible for service customers after having the third consecutive periodic maintenance service. Valid up to 6 months. Total of 3200 offers (600 new offers included)

To upgrade your package the customer must maintain doing their periodical maintenance service in consecutive sequence at the inclusive service centers, if the customer does not do so then they will directly be receiving the Intermediate package. However, if the customer resumes by committing on performing his periodical maintenance service at the inclusive service centers he will be able to upgrade their package as mentioned the service rewards manual.

How do I see the different merchants available within the App?
There is a number of ways to see which merchants are available in your app.
- Select a category on the app homes screen and the offers available will appear, if you have allowed the app access to your location these will show the merchants by proximity.
- Use the search bar – On the home screen you can search by Name or key word.
- For more specific search you should enter the category of your choice and use the search bar and filters available
How do I redeem an offer from the Toyota 1 Lifestyle App?
Making a redemption through your App is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Here’s how it goes:
- Tap on the offer you want to redeem.
- Ask the merchant to enter their PIN.
- The merchant will then note down the redemption code from the app and apply the discount to your bill.
How do I redeem a Travel 2-for-1 offer?
To redeem an offer at one of our awesome hotel partners, you have 2 options:
- Use the e-mail icon on the hotels page in the app and send a booking request.
- Call the hotel directly and advise them that you have Toyota 1 Lifestyle 2-for-1 offer and would like to make a booking.
- E-mail the hotel reservations team with your booking request using Toyota 1 Lifestyle 2-for-1 offer.
The hotel will give you the best available rate for your booking.
