Toyota Motor Corporation and Abdul Latif Jameel Co. Ltd would like to inform owners of Toyota Fortuner (4 cylinders) of a free recall campaign on their vehicles to inspect the Rear Propeller Shaft and re-install it if needed.

There is a possibility that the rear propeller shaft was installed backward by mistake in some vehicles, if these vehicles are drove with (near) the maximum speed, abnormal noise or vibration may occur.
